Hello! I feel underrepresented...as a Pocket PC user who spends three hours each day on a train, I can't use Outlook plugins, web apps, or Windows or OS X apps, or grep. Or even Palm apps. Is there a resource I've missed, discussing GTD on Pocket PC or even on bare Outlook? (I actually use Pocket Informant.) I will say the Outlook category system is very flexible - I've been using it for context lists for years (all my tasks appear in multiple contexts). (Of course, the real problem is not so much managing the to-do lists, as actually doing the things on the lists. As opposed to reading websites about doing the things on your lists. I'm OK now, though, because asking the question above is actually on one of my lists.) 2 Comments

It reminds me of my old system of doing things not on my list, then adding it and putting a checkmark next to it to feel productive! Seriously though you said that outlook had a good system of catagorizing but I have not found it. When I try to put tasks on there I cant figure out a way to filter my view to only show the current context I am in. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Sorry I dont know much about pocket pc. » POSTED IN:
