Hello! I feel underrepresented...as a Pocket PC user who spends three hours each day on a train, I can't use Outlook plugins, web apps, or Windows or OS X apps, or grep. Or even Palm apps. Is there a resource I've missed, discussing GTD on Pocket PC or even on bare Outlook? (I actually use Pocket Informant.) I will say the Outlook category system is very flexible - I've been using it for context lists for years (all my tasks appear in multiple contexts). (Of course, the real problem is not so much managing the to-do lists, as actually doing the things on the lists. As opposed to reading websites about doing the things on your lists. I'm OK now, though, because asking the question above is actually on one of my lists.) 2 Comments
