Does anybody here use Entourage with their GTD setup? We use Entourage at the office, and I don't think I could get away with switching to Apple's Mail.app and kGTD or something... but we don't really use the Tasks or shared Calendar features. I don't think Merlin ever got around to posting his "custom views" article that he said he was going to do in this post. (Maybe he switched to iCal + Mail + kGTD before he could.) 4 Comments

I just set up a project in the Project Center. It is a bit clunky and not so efficient. I wish there were keyboard shortcuts for making new Tasks! I may end up creating categories for my projects, combining that with keeping the habit of assinging categories to all my outgoing and incoming messages as well as keeping job numbers in the subject lines, and managing everything that way. » POSTED IN:
