iPhoto backup

Help. My PowerBook's hard drive appears to be failing, and I'm going to have to send it back to Apple. Thank goodness for Apple Care. The prob is, I need to back up before I send it off. I have my documents backed up, but when it comes to iPhoto, I'm having probs. I have online storage at xdrive.com, but my attempts to back up the photos haven't worked unless I do them one at a time. Any attempt to upload an album has failed. One at a time isn't going to work.... (And then there's iTunes...) 2 Comments

I went and bought an external hard drive to make it easier, and darned if the thing isn't showing up on my Mac to copy things into. I'm not sure if this is a symptom of the hard drive failure that is apparently happening, or if it's a simple fix. I'm hoping when my husband gets home he'll look at it and say, "Oh, you need to do this," and then it will all work. » POSTED IN:
