Tips for after a long absence

I was on sick leave for about a week and now that I come back to the office, you can imagine the huge backlog I have of unfinished tasks. I suspect my colleagues where just waiting for me to appear sooner or later. My revenge will be merciless. In the meantime, do you have any tips I could use to get up to date on my tasks?
