Here's betting 'DRM-free' will not mean 'DRM-free'... I could be wrong, but I thinkit is very likely that those premium ACC tracks will in fact be tied to their purchasers... by ITMS name. Some people will call that 'watermaked' tracks... but in fact --should that be the case--, that would just be another way of assigning 'rights' (license ownership), and thus, DRM.
