To create a new folder in Quicksilver, 1. Open quicksilver and navigate to the directory where you want to create the new folder 2. Tab to the action panel 3. Select New Folder 3a. by right arrow and scroll 3b by typing NEW and select 4. Name the new folder I haven't found a way yet to create a new folder in the middle of this workflow though.
