Uninstalling Keyword Assistant fixes iPhoto hang

Ever since upgrading to Tiger, my iPhoto.app has just launched, and then hung eternally with The Spinning Beach Ball of Death™. Uninstalling an old version of “Keyword Assistant” fixed the problem immediately, and now I’m the happiest boy in the world. (And, yes, I know that this will be useful to relatively few of you, but it was such a pain to me that I wanted to make sure the solution gets some Google Juice for others. Public service.) Fixed for Tiger(edit 2005-05-27) I was remiss not to mention that KA has been fixed for Tiger; a fresh version of Keyword Assistant can be obtained here. 8 Comments

The new version of KA (1.8.6, I think) works just fine in 10.4.1, though it did have problems with 10.4.0. Now, if someone would just fix the MS Office 2004 Suite on Tiger... » POSTED IN:
