AirMail did the manila sleeve first.

Airmail did the manilla case first, days after the keynote. Though it looks like they're temporarily sold out at the moment though. I got to handle one a couple of weeks ago, and it's a quality product.

I'm sure that the Timbuk2 case is going to be solid, but the people behind AirMail are so completely worth supporting.
