I've been a GTD user for a few years with a paper based system. I just got a treo 700 and am trying to figure out how to go digital. I downloaded omnipro, Ihave ical, entrourage, isync. I've read kGTD, 43 folders, but I'm still clueless. Is there someplace that has all this info all together?:confused: 1 Comment

No Treo for me yet (maybe in March when my contract is up), but I don't think I could live without DateBk5 for GTD. Mapping saved views in its task list to contexts is great; the original link I remember for it was here. Basically each task (next action) goes into a single category (for me: Home, Work, PC, Phone, Out, Anywhere). I can then save a view called @Home that shows my appointments in the top half of the screen, and all the tasks in the Home, PC, Phone, and Anywhere categories. Other saved views: - @Work (Work, PC, Phone, Anywhere) etc. » POSTED IN:
