I wouldn't touch that company (again...) with a ten-foot pole! They are owned by Inphonic, Inc. and they are notorious for scamming their customers out of the promised rebates. They tried to charge me a $250 equipment discount fee because I returned my phone within the exchange period and when they sent my new phone out, it had another line activated! After much arguing and yelling and rehashing my story a dozen times to each rep I talked to, I convinced them they were idiots and got the charge dropped. Luckily, I keep meticulous records of things like that so I could say, "No, I shipped the phone back to you on $date and Joe S. signed for it on $deldate. Not only that, but I talked to Tom Q., badge number #1234556 on $anotherdate and he said the phone had indeed been received and he assured me the matter would be resolved." Caveat emptor with Wirefly/Inphonic/Wireless Marketplace/any of their various other DBA names.
