handling faxes, online or what?

Hi. I would like to be able to receive and send faxes. I guess I know there are places that will give you a fax address and send you (?) pdfs of the faxes, but one I used was clunky, required a stand-alone windows app to view the fax files, and stuff like that. Has anyone used a good service for this? I would like: anyone? 4 Comments

I've had good luck with K7.net for receiving faxes, and it's free. Faxes are delivered in TIFF format to your email address. (You don't get to choose the area code of your phone number.) They partner with Faxaway for outgoing faxes, for $1/month plus 11c/minute, but I just use my fax modem for sending faxes. » POSTED IN:
