Treo 650

I have the option of getting a Treo 650 at work, and I think I'm gonna go for it. I like that I'll be able to access email, web (limited), SSH (experiences with this?), iSync with iCal and Address Book. I was going to wait for the 700w as Palm OS seems a little... dated. But Windows isn't much better and there would be no iSync joy.

Any tips? Hacks? Recommendations for apps?

Slightly OT: When the Treo switches to Windows, will a Palm OS version still be available? I was bummed to hear about the change, because I was kinda looking forward to getting one of these some day.
