What's the encoding for The Merlin Show?

I'm encoding a bunch of guitar videos and am super impressed with how The Merlin Show looks for the file size. Is there a secret sauce? If not, and you're out there Merlin, could you share the settings that you use for encoding? Presumably you're using QuickTime Pro and using h.264? I'd appreciate knowing how you do it.

Great content too, by the way. I'm really enjoying it, even though the last thing I need in my life right now is yet another podcast!
