I have been a GTDer for some months now. I have used mainly kGTD but recently switched to http://www.gtdgmail.com/ for Firefox because I find it essential to tag emails as actions without having to retype them. I also needed a crossplattform solution and the benefit of not having to deal with backups because it is all on google's servers.

but....

I am not so happy with webmail, it must be the white background or the slowness but i would prefer to use emacs or something as fast but then I dont have the ability to add labels to my gmail account emails.

what solutions are you using to integrate your emails as actions, projects, reference material and having it all connected and safely synced online?
