Indexing Lo-Fi to Hi-Fi
Stew | Nov 7 2006
Can anyone recommend a program (preferably free) that will make indexing paper documents easier? I'd like to be able to "search" the contents of my moleskines without having to retype the contents. I tried this in Evernote, and it was rather tedious. Plus, I didn't get the benefit of my drawings and diagrams. Right now I'm using a Word document to list topics and page numbers, but I worry about mis-indexing my data and having related items not come to mind when I need them. I'm in Windows. Thanks for any help! 3 Comments

If I'm following your question properly give Devonthink Pro a try. while it's not free it does a nice job of indexing and will hold your sketches. » POSTED IN:
