Software that inserts frequently used text?

I'm looking for software that will automatically paste (previously stored) text into a Word documen using keystrokes. I often need to insert boilerplate paragraphs into documents, and this wouuld be extremely helpful.

I have ben meaning to try this, maybe it would work for you:

AutoHotkey is a free, open-source utility for Windows. With it, you can:
Automate almost anything by sending keystrokes and mouse clicks. You can write a mouse or keyboard macro by hand or use the macro recorder.
