Software that inserts frequently used text?

I'm looking for software that will automatically paste (previously stored) text into a Word documen using keystrokes. I often need to insert boilerplate paragraphs into documents, and this wouuld be extremely helpful. 13 Comments

Likely something like the clipboard or shelf in QuickSilver could do this nicely on the mac. As well, I really like Textpander for pasting items. I just wished it could do a bit of apple-scripting... but it works like a charm. » POSTED IN:
