3x5 printers + cost of cartridge?

I'd like to get one of those cheap photo printers for my D*I*Y hpda. But I'm worried that the cartridges would be pretty expensive and not worth it. Can anyone recommend a good printer for 3x5's whose cartridges aren't super expensive?

Momo: I remembered that Mr. M. M. posted this article on using 3x5 cards with the Canon Pixma iP3000. That should help you.

Me, I'm going to try to find a way to get 3x5 working with one of my printers.

Anyone outhere using 4x6 cards for GTD?
