Modo & Modo, manufacturer of Moleskine notebooks, has put themselves up for sale, getting help from accounting giant KPMG. I'm a heavy user of Moleskines; hope this won't affect their quality. Jeff 32 Comments

That's funny, I pronounce hegemony as heg-e-many, with the vocalized g, not the gutteral g. As to being corrected, I don't mind and actually welcome it. This is especially true for words that I know I'm pronouncing incorrectly. :) As to correcting other people, I would hope that the other person would be thankful for being corrected as you are helping them not sound like a moron anymore.
