paper weight?

My only real problem with my Moleskine is that certain pens will show through--not technically bleed through, but definitely show. My experience has been that Sharpies will actually bleed through to the opposite side. So my question is this: what weight grade does paper have to be in order for this problem to be solved? 20 Comments

I'll add another endorsement of the Saraza Zebras. I really enjoy writing with them, and they seem to last quite a while. Nice colors, too. On a whim, I picked up a Staedtler Triplus Fineliner a few months ago, and it's actually replaced the Zebra for most of my Moleskine writing. It flows really smoothly (just as nicely as the Zebra, I think), but is also *very* precise. It has a slightly triangular barrel, which takes some getting used to, but it's a super pen.
