paper weight?
Carla Hufstedler | Apr 5 2006
My only real problem with my Moleskine is that certain pens will show through--not technically bleed through, but definitely show. My experience has been that Sharpies will actually bleed through to the opposite side. So my question is this: what weight grade does paper have to be in order for this problem to be solved? 20 Comments

Flex, I've had no problems...Submitted by sonia_simone on April 6, 2006 - 1:06pm.
Flex, I've had no problems rinsing out Noodlers. It's definitely a true water-based ink, nothing funky or sticky or india inkish about it. I really like their ink, I've switched to their permanent black as my main ink. Some of their richer purpley/reddish colors (Nightshade is the one that comes to mind) are very slow-drying & smeary for me, so while they're pretty, I quit using them. So far I've been happiest with Clairefontaine's paper for fountain pens & other liquid ink. It's both heavy and smooth. I don't think I've found anything that a Sharpie won't bleed through, though, other than true card stock. » POSTED IN:
