Wallet suggestions
Java | Nov 17 2005
Can any of you help me with my quest of a good GTD wallet: It should not be complicated but I have not found anything yet, here are my specs: 1) 2 cash slots (one for cash, one for receipts for my expense account) 2) a few credit card slots 3) Index card holder, or notepad 4) small pen --------------- Once I have this I will be set ... one of my biggest problems is not writing down things that I need to do when I am on the road and then forgetting them or stressing about forgetting them. if you can help me I will be eternally grateful Cheers 19 Comments

I now use my old plated cigarette case as a wallet. Less expensive that most leather wallets and even cheaper at second hand stores. Mine has rounded corners, which is probably good for my pants, and is about 4" x3" and about 1/2" thick when closed. When open, it holds my cards on one side along with a Bullet Space Pen. The other side holds money folded in half. Not as uber-minimal as some of the other examples on here, but stylish when paying the restaurant tab. It has some advantages over other wallets, like providing an instant magnetic shield for the cards inside. It helps prevent fat wallet, because when it won't click shut, I've got too much stuff in it. Even more so, it reminds me that there are better things to put in a cigarette case, like the money I save by no longer smoking. :)ensen » POSTED IN:
