Wallet suggestions
Java | Nov 17 2005
Can any of you help me with my quest of a good GTD wallet: It should not be complicated but I have not found anything yet, here are my specs: 1) 2 cash slots (one for cash, one for receipts for my expense account) 2) a few credit card slots 3) Index card holder, or notepad 4) small pen --------------- Once I have this I will be set ... one of my biggest problems is not writing down things that I need to do when I am on the road and then forgetting them or stressing about forgetting them. if you can help me I will be eternally grateful Cheers 19 Comments

I have my eye on this, which I think fits the bill exactly. Not designed as a wallet, but it would work perfectly well as one, and doesn't have extraneous stuff. http://www.levenger.com/PAGETEMPLATES/PRODUCT/Product.asp?Params=Category=11-76|PageID=2269|Level=2-3 For those who don't feel like checking the URL, it's a small, skinny leather case that folds like a book. It has two pockets for 3x5 cards, 2 pockets for business or credit cards, a pocket with a window for your ID, a sleeve for a pen, a pocket for bills and a pocket for receipts. It's $44, which is sort of pricy, although I notice one of the colors is on sale for 20 bucks. I have some of their other leather stuff, and I've been happy with the quality. They also have overpriced 3x5 cards which I have to admit are pretty nice--the card stock is heavy and very smooth. Good for fountain pen geeks like myself, although I personally wouldn't carry an FP in this case. » POSTED IN:
