Does anyone here know why the Australian version of David Allen's book is titled "How To Get Things Done" rather than "Getting Things Done"? Maybe we are considered so stupid here as to need absolute spelling out of what the book is about...Strange! 4 Comments

The only thing I could even imagine is that maybe his publishers changed it to meet your English usage rather than an American one. I don't know how much Australian English differs from American (not nearly as much as British English from my experience) but maybe they thought a title chage was warranted. This is all wild speculation of course, but the only reasons I've seen title changes is to meet the country's normal language usage. So, maybe Getting Things Done isn't Australian enough and How To Get Things Done is. » POSTED IN:
