Old Apple ads with GTD-like characters
cromulent | Mar 5 2006
Back in the 80s, Apple computer got Matt Groening of Simpsons fame put together a booklet advertising the Mac. The booklet was geared towards college students. I had one back in the day but lost it. I went looking on the internet for these and found them. The book has a picture on one page with a sterotypical student and some text on the other page. When I saw the pictures, they reminded me of people who would be helped by GTD. Allen should have used these in GTD. Here they are, I thought some people here would get a smile out of these. My college roommate had these...Submitted by linkerjpatrick on March 5, 2006 - 1:56pm.
My college roommate had these posted on the wall back in college. (this was around 1989). I'll have to forward this link to him. I never knew they were part of an Apple ad. He worked part time at Sears and Radio Shack back then. Did Apple ever sell in any of those stores back then? » POSTED IN:
