Evolution is pretty slow, especially handling IMAP. Its IMAP support seems to be quite a bit better in the latest version (I'm using Evolution 2.8.2.1 on FC6). If you're filtering mail on an IMAP inbox, it's probably worthwhile to upgrade if you can. If it's local or POP, I don't have any suggestions. » POSTED IN:
