That's really what I was hoping for when the iPhone came out, and people are writing a lot of native applications already, which we all expect to break one after the other as Apple updates the iPhone and iPod touch. In particular I'd like to make games for that interface. It's like the Wii -- there are new affordances for gameplay created by multi-touch. And that says something; this is the first time you can kind of do whatever you want on a handheld and not have it be clumsy. I think a tiny tiny Mac must be in the works for 2009 or so.
