Quick question about Keynote (from a non-mac user)

Does keynote support embedding video in presentations? If so, how much control does it give you over playing them during the presentation?

It does allow embedding video....

It does allow embedding video. I used it to embed a video and it played in build order with the rest of my slide. I didn't really bother with playback controls though so I can't speak for that. But adding video is quite nice.
