Mac newbie needs help! I lost my window resizer...

Hi,

I just purchased a MacBook for personal use (in part cause I was tired of reading about all the cool stuff on 43F that I couldn't play with) and now I need to decide whether I'm keeping it as my primary machine.

Overall, things are going pretty smoothly, but there are a few small indignities I just haven't been able to sort out yet - - and I was hoping I could impose on the mac-uber-geeks here at 43F to answer my silly question. :)

I'm using Parallels, and the window is only resizeable from the bottom right most corner - - however I've managed to lose that corner beneath the bottom of the screen, and can't seem to find a way to get it back. This can't possibly be a big deal, but I'm a little sleep deprived at the moment, and can't quite seem to figure it out.

Any tips for resizing my window back to a manageable size very much appreciated..... Thank you.

hiya macfixer,

negatory, unfortunately - it's running in console mode. I can switch to fullscreen mode no problem, and that works as expected - - but as soon as I switch back to console, screen position returns and I lose the last inch of my Windows screen, which sadly includes stuff like the Task Bar...

Memory of this positioning is also retained between Parallels sessions - - it's been like this for several days now.

I even thought about hooking it up to my desktop monitor (much higher dpi) since greater screen real estate might give me more room to maneuver, but I realized I need a Mac adapter to do this. Gack.

Thanks for the thoughts. Any other ideas welcomed.
