Where is Show Menu Items?

I watched The Merlin Show episode titled Quicksilver: Application Menus. It looked so cool that I NEEDED to to implement the trigger immediately. Alas, I do not have a Show Menu Items action in QS. Show Menus is there but no Show Menu Items. Is there something that needs to be installed for Show Menu Items to appear?

Look for "Menu Bar..." ...

Look for "Menu Bar..." You then should be able to arrow into it and begin searching.
