iChat and the webcam

Okay, so I need some help/advice. I recently discovered that apple has discontinued the iSight. Since I don't want to pay double what they were retailing for on ebay, can anyone suggest a good alternative? I use iChatAV for work and want to use the video functionality which I haven't been able to use up until this point. I'm looking for a firewire cam. Thanks!

firewire option

I know you mentioned firewire, however, there is a program to make USB cameras work with iChat. www.ecamm.com

I did not realize how much they were worth. I have three iSights, two of which I am not using. Time to head to Ebay.
