Both Safari and Firefox?
jcisco | Feb 11 2007
It's strange. I've seen several sources (Merlin included) that seem to use BOTH Firefox and Safari. I'm interested.. What is the benefit of using both of these? I know that safari is faster, and firefox has great addons... but how does that workflow go? When you want to surf fast you use safari -- when you want the addons you use firefox? What gives? Thanks, Jonathan Cisco 12 Comments

It's the little things of current Webkit compatibility that gets to me regarding Safari and OmniWeb. For example, blogging. With both Blogger and WordPress (previous versions only?) there are certain features which aren't available with aforementioned browsers. I don't know much about dev, but from what I understand this is a problem to be fixed on the webdevelopment side, not the browser side. However, I just want a browser that works everytime. I would love to read about fixes for these little problems. I'm always up for going back to Safari or OW. What are some useful add-ons for Safari? » POSTED IN:
