Both Safari and Firefox?

It's strange. I've seen several sources (Merlin included) that seem to use BOTH Firefox and Safari. I'm interested.. What is the benefit of using both of these? I know that safari is faster, and firefox has great addons... but how does that workflow go? When you want to surf fast you use safari -- when you want the addons you use firefox? What gives? I guess everyone has a preference for a particular Browser. I tend to use Safari principally but do use Firefox at times when a particular site I am trying to access does not like Safari. I find this mainly with banking and some Uni stuff. My husband also needs to access work from home at times and Safari doesn't play well with Citrix so we use Firefox which works pretty well. » POSTED IN:
