cut and paste between two macs?

Hello. I use two computers at work...my laptop and a desktop. I like to use both b/c it gives me more screen space and processor power. The only thing that is annoying is "cut" on one machine and "paste" on the other. Right now I keep an iChat Bonjour going with myself to do this, which kind of works, but it involves several steps: 1) cut on computer 1 I would like to reduce those steps. I can imagine that I can make an applescript that works with QuickSilver to automate steps 1-3. Now I can make a qs applescript to automate steps 4-6 then I'll be golden! Anyone interested in helping figure out how to do this? 6 Comments

I use DropCopy for sharing files and clipboard contents between multiple Macs. It's unobtrusive, has a minimal interface, and works great. It's free for up to 3 machines, $25 for larger networks of users (10 machines). TidBITS Review: Developer site: » POSTED IN:
