These are different from the ones at iconfactory, etc. After downloading and unpacking, I did a Get Info on the icon file and a Get Info on the application whose icon I wanted to replace. Click the icon in the icon-Get-Info-window and press cmd-c to copy. Then click the icon in the application-Get-Info-window and press cmd-v to paste.
