Time management?
Gary King | Jan 22 2006
I'm looking for a time management app. What I'm thinking, in particular, is one where, when I click on one button, it will start a stopwatch and this time will be added to my 'work' time. So, if I start it at 0:00, and then stop it at 10:00, then 10 minutes will be added to my 'work' time. But, when I stop it, it begins timing again - but this time, it will be added to the 'fun' time. So, I stop it at 10:00, and then from 10:00 to, say, 15:00, then the 5 minutes in between will be added to the 'fun' time. I wonder if something like this is available? The 'work' and 'fun' could be considered categories. This is an idea of what I am looking for, I guess, but I am very flexible with this, so if you have any suggestions, then feel free to do so. I want something like this to be able to see where my time actually goes to. :) 6 Comments

I use Palm's built-in Calendar app, with a special category "Time". I track projects in brackets, with a quick summary of what I did (like this: "[Project1] Update login form"). As a bonus, I can write further notes if necessary. » POSTED IN:
