Dymo Labelwriter 400

I am looking at a labeller to get my GTD in action. I am looking at labellers such as the Dymo Labelwriter 400

Anyone using one of these or something similar in a Mac based enviroment? Wondering how well it works

Dymos

I have three of those kinds of Dymo labelers, two older ones (Turbo) that I have hooked up to PC systems, and one (400) that I have hooked up to my Mac powerbook. I use them all quite a bit - addresses, naturally, but I think my most common use is for file labels. I just use the address labels and am able to put several lines of info on them. Really helps when I'm tracking down a specific article.

I also have the receipt paper and print out lists when I need them. (Not that often, but it's fun to have a list on a small piece of paper that I don't have to figure out my handwriting. As far as I've been able to make out, the only way to print on the receipt paper is through Word.)

(I also have a couple of Brother labelers that I use for all sorts of other things, but the file folders are almost always done on the Dymo.)

Cranking

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »
