Free (or at least way cheaper) DEVONThink alternative?

I rather like the idea of having a program to manage all my digital crap, since I suck at doing it myself. DEVONThink looks nice, but I just don't have that kind of money. I've been using Journler 2.0, but it's a bit clunky, particularly in how it does entries with tables. Yeek. Any recomendations? 19 Comments

Tercerio- definitely! :) Please feel free to take your time with it. A lot of us have heard great things about DevonThink, but I have to admit, I dorked with it briefly, but wasn't really getting as far as I hoped... I'm sure it's a data issue- i.e., more data in, the more data out... but, I'm still intrigued as to how it speeds up flow for everyone! Cheers, Terceiro! Hope the mountains were fun!
