Why Doesn't my kGTD Remember my Stuff?

So, I re-open a saved kGTD file. There are a few of my projects, but none of the black folders on the side. The kGTD buttons in the toolbar are gone.

What's up with that? I renamed the file I DL from kGTD. Made the changes, added new contexts, etc.

Gone.

What am I doing wrong here?
