We've started naming our files to be more specific to the project they're for. Instead of naming a brochure layout "CompanyZ_brochure.qxp" we're naming it with the job number prepended to it: "3442_CompanyZ_brochure.qxp"

While this is not hard to do for new files, it's a bit of a headache for existing projects, so I'd kind of like to batch rename existing project files to bring them up to par with how we've tweaked our system.

However, it might be best to observe this new method from here on out and disregard the old files.
