Entourage sure looks ugly and feels cludgey (sp.) but boy does it ever fit in at the office on the corporate LAN. It's nice to be able to schedule meetings seemlessly with the Exchange users. I miss this about using Entourage... then again, now that I'm using Mail/iCal, I have far fewer corporate meetings:)

Seriously, though, ( in the linked post) I like how Merlin is using the functional and contextual categories for tasks in Entourage. But, Entourage can't do the "next actions" the way kGTD can, now can it? I guess a little applescript could fix that.

I'm really curious whether anyone has been transformed by using Entourage ala the new David Allen white paper on Entourage? I may pay the $10 to read it, just to quench my thirst to endlessly switch back and forth between PIMs.
