Recommended Time/Org Mac software?
Atuin | Jan 23 2006
After one too many Windows problems, I've finally accepted fate and just placed an order for a new iMac duo core. What are some recommended Mac software for time management (GTD) and personal organization? Rather than just try everything, I would appreciate your suggestions. 8 Comments

Hi Atuin, Don't bother with anything from Chronos; they are on a downward spiral (IMHO) and they haven't got the skills or resources to pull out of it anytime soon (also IMHO). Who knows how much time they have? Besides, they treat their users like $#*?! (And that's a fact.) Now that I got that off my chest, tell us what apps you are coming from, and how attached are you to that way of doing things. That might steer our suggestions. Folks use a ton of apps (as you can see), but if you want to save some time and energy looking, you'll want to give us some more details. Here some options for more "advice" before you start playing: Merlin's thought re NYTimes article about Mac thinking tools: Merlins general KGTD thoughts: Here is a google group exploring Mac PIMs in the largest definition of the word, there are some diamonds in there if you can wade through: LifeBalance and Circus Ponies NoteBook have GTD forums: » POSTED IN:
