Does anyone use the 'Services' menu?

The mac finder and most apps have a "Services" menu under the main App menu. I never think to use it -- Is anyone out there using these "Services" to improve productivity/effectiveness? How so?

I use Humanetext, which translates...

I use Humanetext, which translates any highlighted text between Markdown and XHTML; other than that, what's there is either stuff I never use (text-to-speech) or stuff I do more naturally with Quicksilver (run a script, mail something, open a file).
