Idea Mason - anybody using it?

I just stumbled across Idea Mason, a writing/referencing software which looks fantastic. I'm really interested in buying it. Does anybody have any experience with it?

If I were still an academic, and thus had need of bibliographic managers, and were writing a lot with citations, etc., I'd be highly wary of committing my work to a new piece of proprietary software. Even the quasi-standard in the proprietary world, EndNote used with Word, is highly fragile.
