Continuously email a document to yourself

I'm trying to get into the "download everything from your head" mode, but the issue is that I download to papers that I lose or to programs (like Backpack) that I forget to check. Is there any web app that can email a text document to me every time it's updated? For example, it would be great if I could make a note on Backpack and have it emailed to a given address every time it changes. Thanks very much, 8 Comments

While I agree that it is better to be reminded than not reminded, I have found that subscribing to lots of RSS feeds and checking them atomically (through a dedicated reader or by receiving converted emails as feeds are updated) tends to make me lose focus. To avoid this, I am experimenting with setting up my RSS feed updates to be emailed to my daily, before lunchtime (using squeet.com, incidentally, which seems to work reasonably well). I have no idea whether this will work, particularly because I am slightly addicted to reloading 'recent posts' pages on my favourite sites, but I figured that it was worth a try. » POSTED IN:
