keyboard shortcut for adding siggy

Is there a keyboard shortcut that will add my signature to an email without me going through the menu?

If not, does anyone know of a macro that will do this?

Outlook (since I know that...

Outlook (since I know that is what you use) does this automatically. You have to go to the Options > Mail Format (I think...this is from memory) and there is a Signature section. There you can tell it to add it to all New mail and all Replies/Forwards.
