Windows app that shows a list of last documents saved??

I'm looking for some utility (either within Windows NT or third party) that shows me a list of, say, the last 10 documents I have saved. This would include Office documents or third party programs.

My apologies in advance if this is obvious, but I haven't been able to find anything like this.

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Recent
