Circa System Review

If you haven't seen it yet, Doug over at DIYPlanner.com has posted Part 1 in what will evidently be a multi-part review of my favorite productivity tool, the Levenger Circa system.

Review: The Levenger Circa System, Part I

A great read which just confirms what many of us already know...

Got it!

Pretty good delivery time, since I ordered last weekend and got it monogrammed. As everyone has said (and I've seen in my Shirt Pocket Briefcase) the quality is excellent.

I had to copy everyone and take some pictures of all of it.

I'm not quite sure how I'll set it up. One section will be basic notebook (the Levenger stock pages, later refilled with DIYPlanner pages) used for work. Another will be the same, but personal. I'll have to look at all y'all's systems and glean some tips.

Right now, the notebook is pretty fat, with all the original pages, all 5 dividers, and a ziploc in the back. I'll scale it down a little.

This will actually be a good thing. I have a terrible habit of taking copious notes to which I never refer later. Hopefully making it fun with cool tools like this will trick me into working the way I should have been working all along!

Cranking

Merlin used to crank. He’s not cranking any more.

This is an essay about family, priorities, and Shakey’s Pizza, and it’s probably the best thing he’s written. »

Scared Shitless
