Rollabind @ Staples/Target?

I'd need a refill of Rolla rings, and if possible another 2-3 Rollabind 3x5 books (well, it's the covers that I'm after, really). Are these items readily available at Staples/Target? I'm coming to the US soon for a visit and picking them up would obviously be the cheapest option. I ordered from Rollabind about a year ago, it took forever to arrive, shipping cost was bad, but I love the Rollabind system!
